I’ve been programming for over 40 years, using C since 1984 and both Windows & linux since they were introduced (yes, I downloaded linux over a 2400 baud modem to 3.5" floppies and installed it that way originally!) However, my experience and day-to-day knowledge is much more with Windows software development than linux system management, so I am hoping folks here will be patient and helpful! (smile)
