Windows Client can not connect to openvpn

After upgrading my IPFire system from Core Update 188 to Core Update 198, my Windows clients are no longer able to connect to the OpenVPN server.

The clients were working fine before the upgrade, but now the connection fails with the following message:

1. IPFire Core: 198 (upgraded from 188)
2. OpenVPN protocol: TCP

I noticed that this problem seems very similar to the issue discussed here:

Have you tried following the steps in the post below?

Have you tried testing connections using the OpenVPN GUI community client? edit What do OpenVPN logs show? WUI–>Logs–>System Logs –> Select Section: OpenVPN then Update edit2 You may need to download the PKCS12 file.
