here is a picture
Thanks for your help!

I think this is a normal behavior, mine is not shown either. If you need it: The Pubkey is contained in the Config-File generated at Tunnel crestion.
What is the use-case for having the public key shown? It could be easily added.
Thanks for pointing this out!
I’ve just updated the picture.
Cheers,
A G
I wouldn’t call it wrong, but the screenshots have been created a little bit before the final version. Development of all of this has been dragged out over quite a long time actually.
I felt like there was not much use in actually showing the public key, so I removed it at some point.
That was my guess.
The screenshot was fine at the time.
However, today it might have been confusing.
Regards
EDIT: Image deleted as it contained a Private Key and Public IP.
to configure my wireguard client I need to know the Public Key
thank you
Hi @isystem
You should not post images containing your Private Key and /or your public IP. You should redact those parts of any image before posting it.
Therefore I have deleted your image. However as it has been posted I would also suggest deleting that connection from your IPFire WireGuard page and creating a complete new one.
When you create a connection you end up with a QR code and a download link as shown in the IPFire WireGuard documentation
https://www.ipfire.org/docs/configuration/services/wireguard
The file you download from that link has all the information you require to use in it, including the Public Key.
sorry, I didn’t realize that I had to click on “add” to get the qr-code with all the necessary parameters
good work & greetings to all
