Update from pakfire 167 to 168

Hi,

welcome to the IPFire community. :slight_smile:

There have to be some log messages. Could you please post the output of

grep -i pakfire /var/log/messages

from the time you tried updating the machine here?

A bit hacky:

  1. Switch back to the stable branch in the web interface.
  2. Put “167” into /opt/pakfire/db/core/mine.
  3. Run pakfire update or click on “update lists” in the web interface.
  4. Afterwards, Core Update 168 should show up as an available update.
  5. Install it.

However, I would really like to have clarified why the update did not show up in the first place.
