The URL blacklist isn’t the most user friendly tool but could you take a screen capture of your Web proxy configuration. You can find it in the Network menu. I would uncheck “Transparent on Green”
Another place to see is the Logs menu. Could you look in the URL filter logs, do you see any activity? If you see any, you can post it as well.
I did not change anything exapt of activating the prox. After that i tryed to reconnect the clients that conneted and used the DHCP so i make sure that all the clients gets the “use the proxy” informations by the DHCP.
Addendum. After writing that, I checked to see if I really had the proxy enabled on the client.

It seams not…
This should be set automatically and not be the client’s responsibility to decide whether to use a proxy or not!
I think you did an excellent job setting it everything up.
Could you check the logs, for any activity in URL Filter and check System Logs for any entries in Web Proxy log
As you see in my logs, URL Filter is unable to filter any traffic since all of the traffic is encrypted, I think you might be in the same situation.
Personally, I moved away from URL filter and started to use Jon’s DNS RPZ add-on for smaller blocklists. If you need to filter a lot more domains and you can afford a separate device, then a pihole might be able to handle a large block list. Let me know if you need help with any of these
