Dnsdist cannot load libsodium.so.23 after upgrading to Core Update 170

I have just updated to 2.27 (1.70) and I have this strange error at the loading:
I made a prinstscreen

something wrong with s35dnslist

libsodium is a new library that was committed into IPFire but it looks like it was not shipped with Core Update 170 and dnsdist is expecting to find it.

I will raise a bug on this.
