Squid redirect.cgi retained old IP address

I’ve built a new IP Fire, and restored config from backup.
I’ve then changed IP addresses.

I’ve noticed when I get a error for a website, like so:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
http://OLD IP ADDRESS:81/redirect.cgi

This is coming from quid. Where is it retaining the old IP?
