Restarting non-local network, freezing after network setting

I want to create firewall with the hetzner cloud, but after i log in to the firewall server , and want to change some network setting, this will be freezing bei restarting non-local network.

I must every time restart the firewall server manuelly :frowning:

Firewall server: hetzner cloud ubuntu 20.04

Hi,

first, welcome to the IPFire community.

Second, if you are connected to your firewall instance by a network connection (SSH or HTTPS), the connection will break in case your firewall restarts non-local network services. Please try logon via the KVM console, so you do not depend on a network connection.
