Qos no start, qos complete reset

Hello, I can’t start a Qos at my Ipfire. When I download and upload and click on templates then it stops. I copied the data from another ipfire for a test. Then start QOS but I can’t change the download/upload data.

  1. question how can i fix this?
  2. Question How can I cause a complete reset of the QOS?

on the console I can stop the service but changing it is still not possible.

I reply me once selbt I have found ne good guide at the old board
QoS via WUI continue.
log in as root on the IPFire machine.

  • Cd / var / ipfire / qos *
  • Classes level7config portconfig settings subclasses tosconfig move the files * in a backup directory.
    touch classes level7config portconfig settings subclasses tosconfig
    chown nobody: nobody *
    Start QoS new per WUI.
