one question is there a possibility to change the squid proxy to use Active Directory authentication with singlesignon?

Microsoft Active Directory authentication was discontinued with core update 127.
but i think after reading through https://blog.ipfire.org/post/ipfire-2-21-core-update-127-released that it is not quite correct or am i wrong

after I simply implemented the instructions the SSO with the Squid-Proxy works fine.
Only in the Wiki with the stop entry confused me.
The wiki was not correct. NT4 Domain controllers was removed in core127. Not Active directory.
