First, you are running an i686 version of IPFire, which is insecure for reasons mentioned here and here. This might require a re-installation of IPFire using the 64 bit image or purchasing new hardware.
Second, the directory listing looks fine although it is a bit messy. Since OpenSSH complains about an invalid key, I guess a file is corrupted or was not written properly. May I ask you do undergo a backup (see here for details), re-install your system, and report back if the error persists?
