Steven, initially that was the case but I changed the modemās IP scheme to be 10.1.2.1, that didnāt fix it.
I worked with a friend to set up a new IPsec tunnel between my remote office and his office, and after they connected they could both ping inside each otherās LAN. So I know the problem is not the remote office ISP modem or the remote office router, the problem is in the main office router. Iām done for the day on this issue, Iāll pick this up Monday, thank you everyone for the troubleshooting suggestions.
