Do you run the modified ntp.conf like above?
If so then the ntp.conf configuration may have changed.
do a:
cat /etc/ntp.conf
and post the results.
FYI - I am running CU 151 and ntpq -p works as expected for me. So I am guessing the /etc/ntp.conf file may be the original settings.
