After installing the add-on, I see similar errors
A temporary workaround might be to add a line in the /var/ipfire/dma/dma.conf file
e.q.
MASQUERADE example@example.com
edit
Note that when you click Save, the /var/ipfire/dma/dma.conf file will be overwritten - the added line will disappear
