Hello, I am trying to install ipfire on a Nano Pi R2S, I’m using serial console.
I wrote the img on a 16gb card, but this is all I get from serial console:
NOTICE: BL31: v2.12.0(release):
I get stuck here, nothing happens after, sys led is blinking continuously (2 times bink).
I tested with 2 sdcards, same problem. What am I doing wrong ?

Check to see if the following arrangement will work for you.
some good news to share, i have been able to compile uboot 25.07, write it to the sdcard, and it boots the latest official arm64 image.
My current challenge is that the interactive setup is having garbled output on the serial console. I’m guessing its an issue with the buad rate, stop bit, and etc.

Thank you, I read that already, but I’m new to Ip Fire and I don’t now how to do what is described in that post, I need more details if anybody is willing to share.
My box is R2S (not R2S plus) which is supposed to be supported, is there any place where I can download this compiled U-boot (25.07) ?
