Mdns-repeater GLIBC_2.34 not found

Hi,

im trying to run mdns-repeater on ipfire Core 163 but all i get is:

[root@ipfire ~]# mdns-repeater
mdns-repeater: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34’ not found (required by mdns-repeater)

How can i fix this issue? Is it possible to install the library? If yes, then how?
Any help would be appreciated.

My recommendation: update to the latest stable CU 168.
Problems with missing / incompatible libraries are solved with an update.

I used mdns-repeater with CU 163 also and did not have the problem. Do you have a mix of versions? Usually glibc of a CU is compatible to the addons of this revision. They are compiled with the same source base.
