I want to set up a net-to-net connection between several LTE FritzBoxes and an IPFire. The IPFire will be located at the central office and will receive information that way. So far, I haven’t been able to connect even a single FritzBox via WireGuard. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or perhaps even knows the solution? I’d prefer to use WireGuard for this, but I’m also open to using something else if necessary.

I think there is nothing else that the Fritz!Box devices support that will give you acceptable performance.
During development, I have connected a Fritz!Box with IPFire. It worked out of the box by generating the configuration on the Fritz!Box and importing it into IPFire. The Fritz!Box has a rather tricky wizard that isn’t fun to work with, but if I remember correctly it isn’t able to import a configuration file from another system.
