Internal network upload speed slow

I only have a problem with the internal network. The internal network is operated by this card:
lspci:

01:00.0 Ethernet controller: QLogic Corp. cLOM8214 1/10GbE Controller (rev 54)
01:00.1 Ethernet controller: QLogic Corp. cLOM8214 1/10GbE Controller (rev 54)

It connects to a TP-Link TL-SG3428X switch with an optical cable and client computers with a gigabit network cable to the switch. The clients communicate and copy with each other at a stable gigabit speed (95-115 MB / s).
When I want to pull something off the server, it comes at a stable 95-115MB / s, but when I want to upload something to it, it’s good to go at 50MB / s. Cables are definitely good, switch also, I also tested with a Mikrotik css326-24g-2s + rm, beyond that I am, optical cable and SFP modules are also tested with others, they are also good.
I’m using a Samba share. What setting options might I have missed and cause this?

The system is on an SSD and the share is a 2x6tb winchester. The 2 winchester is in RAID0. The transfer between SSD and RAID0 is stable at 450-500 MB / s. (I’ve already done a share on the SSD for testing, but it produced the same speeds for network copying …)

I connected a machine to the server on the orange0 device (192.168.4.2). Then I did a test on one of the green0 machines (192.168.2.20).

With full gigabit bandwidth, the two machines copied to each other. Stable 105-115MB / s.
There should be no hardware problem. Samba or ipfire configuration
