In IPFire inbound speed is shown as 7Mb/ps but the actual speed is 900KBps

In IPFire inbound speed is shown as 7Mb/ps but the actual speed is 900KBps on download in a system connected to BLUE interface. Why is this difference, there is only 1 client connected to the BLUE interface, the other one connected to GREEN interface for management is not allowed to access Internet.

Is something stealing my bandwidth?

No - note the units of measurement carefully. With approximately 8 bits of download per byte, 7 Mbits/s will give about 900kBytes/s, allowing a little administrative overhead.
