Error: There is no logfile defined. Do you have a /etc/logwatch/conf/logfiles/secure.conf file?

I am again experiencing issues with viewing my logfiles. Same error as last time. I have checked and all my log files are there and can be viewed in my terminal. Again, there is no secure.conf file present. All these issues began after the latest upgrade. Last time I was able to get the CGI to be able to view the log files AFTER I had deleted all prior log files. I had to empty them all and start new. I am hesitant to do that again because I am not sure if secure.conf has now been enabled. I thank you in advance for any guidance on this issue.
