Perhaps the IPS picked up a bad signature, causing the issues in both the Office and Home environments? I suggest disabling the IPS, restarting, and seeing what happens. There don’t appear to be any memory issues here. Please check the IPS log. System logs, intrusion prevention.

I have deactivated the IPS. The internal sites are still unreachable. The next minutes will show, if the external websites will be futher reachable.

To my great regret, I can now say that it doesn’t work even with the ISP turned off.
