Hi all,

just for the records, and to have everyone informed:

Upcoming Core Update 165 finally fixes this bug, which is sometimes caused by some cable modems or ISP equipment propagating a very low MTU. It would be great if those of you who are still experiencing trouble could test Core Update 165, and report if it fixes the issue for you as well.
