DHCP server expired leases

I have a few lease entries (crossed-out), is it possible not to show them on the web UI?
(Network > DHCP Server > current dynamic leases)

The attached thread is at best no help. I have expired leases (lined throw them) that are over 6 months old, I want that junk gone… surely there is SOME WAY to clean that list up. It is misleading, confusing to technical team, and flat out wrong that it is not clearing out automatically as many others have noted. If may be clearing for others, but not for us.
