Which command updates custom “blacklist” in the url filter?

longer time ago we have had a project with that topic in the old IPFire forum which you can find in here --> https://forum.ipfire.org/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=14895 , an script example is there also included.
You would need to convert the blacklists into BDB format which should be possible with the ‘C’ switch --> http://manpages.org/squidguard , may you can find some further information in the mentioned topic.
