I get that GeoIP blocking isn’t perfect and has limitations, but I notice that some of the countries I have blocked (e.g., RO, LV, KR, etc.) are still showing up in the daily log. Many of the countries I blocked have disappeared from the daily logs (e.g., RU, CN, etc.) and I’ve waited a few days to see if the blocked countries that still show up might just be a remnant of the logs, but they are still there in the top 10. I’m theorizing that these countries might have new IP blocks that aren’t associated with them in GeoIP? Any ideas?
