Core Update 145: request for restart missing

While updating from Core Update 144 to IPFire 2.25 (i586) - Core Update 145 and wio at the same time, I did not get any request for restart in the lower status bar. Actually I expected this, or is rebooting obsolete with these updates?

I did not get a Restart either. I’m guessing there was no need with this update. Maybe it is only needed for kernel changes.

Manually rebooted any ways

Same, no message, reboot anyways.

It appears that the kernel has not been changed since core 142, so perhaps no imperative to reboot. I did not, following upgrade to core 145 and don’t notice any problems.
