I wanted to run a ping flood to the gateway to generate data on my connection and I wanted to run it every time ipfire boots.
so I did a silly and I added it to /etc/sysconfig/rc.local now I can’t login to the terminal.
Does anyone know a good fix for this?

Have you tried boot using single user mode to fix rc.local ?
