IPFire 2.27 (x86_64) - Core Update 167
No blue client can access the Internet. Not even IP addresses (ping 8.8.8.8) can be reached.
Blue card plugged in and interface blue natively set to the new NIC.
No access.
So rule created: blue has access to red.
In the log I see now:

What am I doing wrong? Green works OOTB too.
