When IPFire moved from squid v4 to v5 I experienced squid issues also. I had one web site that caused me big problems.

As short term temporary test, try disabling the proxy. Maybe the uploads will change and start working.
This is a wild guess on my part... If by some miracle it starts working, you may need to do this:
