A password longer than 8 characters does not work

When I set a local password in Web Proxy, it turned out that no password over 8 characters works. Passwords of 8 and fewer characters work fine.

Maybe never closed. I have same issue right now and with last 2.7.161 version, proxy password in chpasswd.cgi page are truncated to first 8 chars.

Btw. Solved, same mods are to be apported also in chpasswd.cgi and all works well now!
